We could not have been happier with our experience with Wes My husband and I are relocating from Florida and wanted help navigating this chaotic real estate market as first time buyers. A friend referred us to Wes and we will never go to anyone else for our Virginia real estate needs. We had such an incredible experience with him. He was insightful, honest and truly wanted to find the best home for us. He does everything with integrity and took the time to really understand what was important to us. He made himself available to look at houses virtually with us, and dedicated multiple days to showing us dozens of houses and neighborhoods to see what felt right and attainable for us when we flew in for a visit. He provided salient advice to help make decision making easier and brought our attention to so many things that we would not have known or noticed as first time buyers. The first offer we put in was accepted and we just closed on a beautiful townhome that we're so excited to be moving into! He made this process so easy on us and got us excited about moving to Richmond with his many fantastic recommendations. He's a consummate professional and a damn good hang and we look forward to maintaining a relationship with him. Can't wait to connect when we get to Richmond Wes!

I am blown away by Wes's depth of knowledge and work ethic. From the very beginning of my home buying process with him, he was ready to answer all questions and took my home buying process incredibly seriously. He made me feel like I was his only client - even though I know for certain I was not! My husband and I absolutely loved working with Wes! We were referred to him by some friends who had a great experience buying and selling their home and we are so glad we took their advice! Wes took the time to gather info and review everything we were looking for in our first home. He was prompt and easy to communicate with and he was able to schedule showings for us in such a swift manner! Once we decided to put down an offer on a house, Wes was excellent at explaining everything in the documents thoroughly and in terms that my husband and I could fully understand. He took the time to answer all of our many questions and really "hand hold us" through this process, which as first time homebuyers was exactly what we needed. We ended up putting in a great offer on our first house that we wanted and we are now happily settling in to our first home. Wes was truly the most amazing realtor you could ever ask for!!!! When you find a realtor who TRULY cares about what YOU want and will find the perfect house for you!! He is also the best for selling a house!! He is so hard working, patient, understanding, and will fight for what you want!! This has been the smoothest process all thanks to him!! Along with civilian families, Wes gets military families. Having to buy a house while your spouse is away is really hard, but Wes makes it as easy as it can be. He is always on it and looking for the perfect house for his clients. If you are selling a home, well let's just say I was AMAZED at everything he goes through when he put our house on the market. The folder of materials he brought explained everything and how he comes up with the best price for the market. We followed his advice and received offers the very first day!! He even got us offers over asking price. There is not enough stars to give for the amazing work he does. Wes becomes family when buying/selling a home. If you want someone who will fight for you look no further!
