I'm new to Richmond and was referred to Wes. I thoroughly enjoyed working with him. He was focused on finding us the right location and property while also sharing information about Virginia. For instance, Charlottesville wineries and explaining the personal property tax on autos. Wes is a busy realtor although he always made me feel like I was his most important client. He asked thoughtful questions as we toured a home and has a high emotional intelligence; he realized when a home wasn't right for me before I did! Wes has a strong, professional and proactive team to respond to questions, help with the closing process and help with the transition. Overall, I'm grateful to have worked with Wes and know that he will always be my Virginia realtor. I highly recommend Wes to anyone for your real estate needs.

Wes Fertig is an exceptional professional that helped me find a home that I am truly thrilled with. Wes has excellent knowledge of the Greater Richmond Area, and consistently gave better answers than google. Wes' initiative in addressing situations head on not only alleviated many of the concerns I had as a first time home buyer, but genuinely made my home purchase possible. (The house was taken off the market before I made an offer. Wes was able to provide guidance on Why and I was able to close on it later). Additionally, Wes has a network of capable professionals for any services related to home buying & upkeep. Many of them ended up being significantly better alternatives than ones I had approached through online channels. At the same time, there was no pressure to go with any of the suggested service providers and I felt free to look around at other options. We could not have been happier with our experience with Wes My husband and I are relocating from Florida and wanted help navigating this chaotic real estate market as first time buyers. A friend referred us to Wes and we will never go to anyone else for our Virginia real estate needs. We had such an incredible experience with him. He was insightful, honest and truly wanted to find the best home for us. He does everything with integrity and took the time to really understand what was important to us. He made himself available to look at houses virtually with us, and dedicated multiple days to showing us dozens of houses and neighborhoods to see what felt right and attainable for us when we flew in for a visit. He provided salient advice to help make decision making easier and brought our attention to so many things that we would not have known or noticed as first time buyers. The first offer we put in was accepted and we just closed on a beautiful townhome that we're so excited to be moving into!
