Wes was always available. He was professional, knowledgeable, and a great thought partner. Selling an older home as interest rates began to climb, I was worried about its sell potential but Wes reassured me that what the home offered was special... sure enough the winning bid came on Day 2 over asking. In buying our new home Wes made the entire process stress-free. We continued negotiations after the appraisal fell below and we ended up in a better place than our initial offer. He listens to what you want and gives you honest feedback on how likely it is you can attain it. Two houses in the months... it was smooth sailing!

I have know Wes for years and knew that using him as a realtor I would get nothing short of perfection. He is meticulous and pays attention to every detail. I tend to get carried away looking at the "fun" stuff in houses, and he always paid attention to the details I would overlook (roof, HVAC, water heater). I recently listed my home in Williamsburg Virginia through Mr. Fertig. Wes was extremely helpful with an initial walkthrough to advise me on what to do to ensure the best presentation of my home to potential buyers. He arranged and worked closely with a photographer and me to place the initial advertisement and photography for that sale. Wes and the Joiner Properties office worked closely with me and coordinated with the lawyer to ensure that the closing transaction was handled smoothly and professionally.
