I stumbled across Wes in October 2021 he was selling a house that I loved. That one sold and we worked together via virtual tours and then in person tours. We found our property June 2022. I recently listed my home in Williamsburg Virginia through Mr. Fertig. Wes was extremely helpful with an initial walkthrough to advise me on what to do to ensure the best presentation of my home to potential buyers. He arranged and worked closely with a photographer and me to place the initial advertisement and photography for that sale.
