Wes is an excellent Realtor - I would not hesitate to call on him again and strongly recommend him for anyone and any situation. His professionalism and knowledge was immediately apparent the first time he met my Mother and I to plan the sale of her home of almost 35 years. Throughout the process, Wes was genuinely interested in achieving the best outcome for my Mom, and it was a relief for me knowing everything was in his capable hands. I was particularly impressed with Wes' communications style as well; not only in the thoughtful way in which he worked with my Mom, but also throughout the process he kept us informed and took the time to explain complicated aspects of the process in a way that could be easily understood. His recommendations on preparing the house for sale, and strategy for listing resulted in a quick easy sale that was a relief. Wes was extremely helpful with an initial walkthrough to advise me on what to do to ensure the best presentation of my home to potential buyers. He arranged and worked closely with a photographer and me to place the initial advertisement and photography for that sale. Wes was the consummate professional. The home buying process can be so stressful and Wes' calm demeanor was a good fit for my husband and I as we can tend to become a bit high strung under pressure.
