When I think about realtors I think of someone I need to use but would rather not. They can be expensive and it usually has been someone else who sells our house and we end up finding the new house on our own. We have bought and sold several houses though the years and have had good and bad realtors but we have never had someone like Connie. She has an eye for what sells and what will make your house look good. Connie gave us a few pointers on what would make our house more appealing and confirmed other things that we were looking to already do. She brought in a professional photographer who made our house look better than we have ever seen it. The pictures brought the buyer in right before they put an offer on another house. Our house sold in three days. The most important thing for us was her knowledge. She is not your average realtor that does this on the side to make a few extra bucks. She is well studied on all the latest issues. This became very important when we purchased our new home and the septic system became an issue. Connie added the right things with the right words to the contract so we were covered when there were questions on what the current owner needed to do. We would and have recommend Connie for anyone who is looking to buy or sell a house. She listens gives the right amount of input is very honest and works for you. She gets 5 stars.

My wife and I decided to list our building lot with Connie about 18 months ago knowing that it may take a while to sell the property. It was a tough market when the lot went to market but Connie had a steady stream of buyers interested in purchasing the property. Though we came close to a deal a couple of times before we had success this past summer Connie never wavered in her confidence that the lot would sell for near the price where it was listed. Market and sales information was provided before we listed the land and continued to be presented throughout the listing period keeping us informed of comps that were selling along the way. She gave us great advice and was always positive. Communication was fantastic keeping us informed all the way through the listing offers contract and closing processes. We can't recommend her enough! You will be highly satisfied and likely pick up a new friend along the way!

We cannot possibly speak more highly of a realtor than Connie Byers! Her professionalism, attention to detail, encouragement, and literally doing everything she could do to get our house sold made her stand out far and above anyone we have ever dealt with. She did a great job finding a house for us as well in a market that had very little inventory. I can honestly say I would never consider using anyone else. So grateful for the work she did for us!
