When I sat down to write this feedback it made me think of how lucky I was to find Bill Phillips. This comes from firsthand knowledge. My wife is a real estate agent and I hear all the time how patience is a commodity that is scarce in the industry. To that end Bill is richly endowed with the commodity. I have been working with Bill on and off for +3 years. He never was late for an appointment never hasty in his actions or demeanor always prompt in his follow-up and consistently showed he was looking out for my best interests. He made me feel comfortable throughout the entire search process to find an industrial property that was a match. This included searching for varying degrees of space needs over the time I have been working with him. Another agent could have lost any level of tolerance for the magnitude of closing propensity that I was undoubtedly showing. Bill was always there on a consistent basis. He truly consistently cared and kept digging for the right facility. I recommend Bill for all the support he and Cheryl Hamm provided to myself and my organization-Bell Company.
