As a first time home buyer there was a lot I did not know about buying a home. Dial was incredibly patient and found a balance of keeping me informed while not pressuring me towards any option. Dial was also very thorough and made sure that all the addendums were completed satisfactorily. I had a great experience with Dial and would definitely recommend her as a realtor

This was our first home buying experience and Dial made the whole process seem easy! From start to finish she was available to us and had our best interest in mind. She truly listened to what we were wanting in a house because every house we looked at had potential. There is no way we could have won the offer on our house without her. She got us in to see the house the morning after it came on the market and once we decided to put in an offer she immediately called the seller to tell her about us. She gave us great advice on what we should offer and later that same evening we found out we won the house!

Dial is an excellent realtor. She is extremely knowledgeable about Richmond's various areas and their specific characteristics. Furthermore she has an excellent understanding of all the factors that go into making your final decision: from schools to budget to the home's features. Dial also has a great eye for aesthetics and potential renovations. She presented a number of great suggestions with what you could do with a space either as-is or how to change it to fit your needs.

Bentley was amazing! She contacted us a few weeks before we came into town and got to know what we were looking for and find out about our family. We flew into town from San Antonio and Bentley and Andrew spent the entire day into the evening showing us homes and all of the ins and outs around town. We couldn't have asked for more!
