My husband and I chose John Daylor and his team to sell our home in Wellesley. We were very aware of John's incredible reputation and large volume of sales in Wellesley and the surrounding area. Our move was quite unexpected for a job relocation and at the same time we were dealing with family sickness. John Jen and Gwen were not only professional but were compassionate and concerned. John Daylor came highly recommended by several people. He met with me 6 months before I listed my house and walked through the house with me helping me determine what to fix or update. Once I gave him the green light he and his staff stayed in close communication every step of the way. I never wondered what was going on as I was well-informed throughout. John sold the house the day it went on the market! Afterward his staff took care of all the legal and financial details and even went to the house to let in workmen so that I wouldn't have to take off any time from work. The whole thing was 100% accurate and painless!

The team that John has assembled is quite impressive. Putting a 25 year old house on the market has its challenges we needed help in deciding what investments to make in getting the house ready for sale. From helping us select paint colors to the decision to take down dated wall paper our house ended up showing like new! We gave our approval to post the house for sale on a Friday had an open house on that Sunday and received a full price offer on Monday. Three days! We could not have been happier. Listening to John's team regarding getting the house ready to list and following John's advice regarding pricing for our area really paid off.
