John Jen and Gwen did a great job helping me sell my house--from determining a competitive price to staging my house through closing. They kept in touch with me every step of the way. My calls and text to them were responded to very quickly usually within a few minutes. A couple of times I was overwhelmed with work buying a new home and selling mine. They always kept their cool and talked me through everything! We received and accepted an offer within a week! The team also helped me with scheduling contractors to do some minor repairs. All of the contractors showed up on time and did a good job at a fair price. I would highly recommend the John Daylor team to family friends or any one looking to buy or sell their home!

John Daylor and his team helped us sell our home in the summer of 2017. His team came highly recommended to us and they did not disappoint. John met with us on three occasions prior to listing in order to walk through the sale process and introduce his team members and explain each of their roles in the process. His team was available to us at all times - any phone calls or questions we had were answered within 1-2 hours. We relocated during the sale process and we could rest easy knowing that his team was handling all aspects of the transaction in our absence. We were particularly impressed with the way Gwen handled the results of the inspection and coordinated most of the needed repairs. This team is well organized and professional and I do not hesitate to recommend them

John Daylor and team are awesome! This is the third home we have listed and then purchased another home through his team over the past 30 yrs. His years of experience expertise and reputation in the business are second to none. Our last home sale had issues due to our purchasers buyers and John's team working tirelessly to make sure the deal went through and we were able to purchase the home we had our hearts set on! We are convinced this would have never happened if John had not been our realtor. We highly recommend using John as your listing/purchasing agent there is no better!

John Daylor is the BEST! He helped us sell our house in July 2017. !3 years prior he helped us buy that same home. Over the years John has kept in touch checking in with us regularly. He also helped my mother find a house when she moved to Richmond. Unfortunately we moved out of state and could not use John to help us find our new house. From beginning (decluttering/painting) to end including dealing with our relocation company the process was seamless. John and his team made a very stressful time a little easier!

He has an excellent reputation among realtors; his integrity is well known and is quite beneficial in negotiations. Katie Stiles worked tirelessly to find the perfect home for us and then his office team held our hand throughout the entire closing process. We have used John's team on both the sales/purchase end of our homes and couldn't be more pleased. Not only is he a true professional; he's a lot of fun to work with!

We met Dial through my daughter. From the time we met Dial her enthusiasm for the area was quite apparent! Dial spent two whole days with us and at this point we felt she was part of our family.
