As a first-time home buyer, I was unsure of what I was looking for and even more unsure of how to get it. From our very first meeting, Austin and Wayne made the home buying process simple and easy to understand. I left that meeting feeling much more confident about the process, and I knew that the Gauthiers were the right pair to lead me to my new home. Every step of the way they were there to answer any questions I had, provide feedback, and ensure that I found the right home for me. Having Dial as our realtor was the best thing that could've happened to us. Although we ended up working with her full time by chance, we quickly realized how lucky we were. Dial is incredibly professional and knowledgeable about the market and held our hand through the crazy process of buying our first home. We knew that we had her on our side, and felt so informed and ready for the home buying process. She was incredibly patient with us and truly everything you could ask her. Buying a home in this market, we were ridden with anxiety and quickly experienced the tough competition. Having her on our side however, made us feel extremely secure and hopeful that we would push through. She was there through it all, answering our early morning phone calls, answering all the questions, and helping us with the chaos.
