I've known Christine Shepard as a friend for nearly 20 years. Although she has been nothing but kind and caring as a friend, our friendship is precisely why I was reluctant to have her represent my family in the purchase of a new home. Wow, what an absolutely wonderful, easy and well executed process using Wes Atiyeh to sell our house! He expertly planned the whole task, listed it when the timing was appropriate and marketed it with superior pictures and video, while staying keenly aware of our personal requirements! He interfaced with all of the necessary people directly and indirectly involved with the sale while keeping us totally informed on a regular basis. He is also an excellent listener and hears what you're saying about anything related to your house and the sale process. Overall, we were very well pleased and completely satisfied. We would give 10 stars but the limit is 5.

Reviews make a difference, so here I am doing my bit and returning the favor. As first-time homeowners the housing market can feel daunting, competitive, and all-consuming. But with Phil's expertise and interpersonal skills, we knew that when the right house would come around he would try his hardest to get it for us. His confidence is somewhat contagious as well as inspiring, I feel wiser each time I speak to him. Not to mention his personal approach making you feel supported throughout the whole house-hunting ordeal. Phil sealed a great deal right before our eyes for a house that left us, the sellers, and the sellers' realtor content and surprised at how easy it actually can be. I could keep going on as I can't speak highly enough about the man, but I wouldn't want to run the risk of this seeming like a fake review. Simply said, he's the best. If you don't believe me, ask his dog.

I don't even know where to begin this review, because Wes has been absolutely phenomenal throughout the process of us selling our home! The first meeting in person went well past the allotted time and at no point did Wes seemed rushed to finish the meeting. He answered every question we had and took extra time to explain the selling process to us so that we felt completely comfortable with everything. His approach to his work is very systematic and he has a proven plan that is flawless. His team of vendors are fantastic, professional and trustworthy. Wes has such a tremendous passion about his work and makes you feel that you are his only client at that time. I would 100% recommend him for anyone who is looking to buy or sell a home.
