I was impressed with his communication, ethics, and general drive to be the best advocate he could for his clients. Even when serious inspection issues arose, he handled poor communication from the seller's agent with professionalism and displayed the demeanor of a skilled real estate veteran. Best realtor we could have asked for. Highly professional, considerate, worked with our schedules and offered realistic advice when needed. Story......Edlyn and I were in the Short Pump area for some shopping and got hungry. We got hungry and as Edlyn wasn't doing well with normal food, we decided to try a Jamaican restaurant in the area. When we walked in, we decided to dine-in rather than do takeout. As we were ordering, we were discussing how we needed to figure out what to do about living arrangements for the pending child, as the current place wasn't adequate enough. It was then that God worked his magic and the person seated behind us happened to overhear our situation and told her partner to speak to us. . .her partner was Phon, who was a realtor. After the meeting, we spoke about our desires and needs were and in those discussions, we sensed a good vibe from her and we sensed God's hand in it. I never wanted to deal with someone that was just trying to throw the first house at us to make a sale...and Phon fit that description perfectly. Add in that she was a veteran as well and we had found the best person to handle our needs to find a house. Today we closed on the house, but gained a valuable friendship in the process......and a valuable testimony as well.

Wes is a stellar realtor and I would recommend him to anyone who is buying or selling a home (actually already did!). Throughout either end of the home sale process, expect that Wes will give you great advice to make the best decision for you in the long run. Wes is highly responsive and takes the time to talk through all concerns and questions in great detail. Wes was available through any means we communicated - call, text, email. On the selling front, Wes did an impeccable job setting us up for success on our home sale. He did a thorough analysis of recent sales in the neighborhood, talked us through the numbers and give us a good range. He coached us through the process, defined a timeline for us and checked in with us regularly to make sure we were comfortable with how things were going. Before putting the house on the market, Wes set us up with a good team to get through some minor repairs and an excellent staging consultant. Between the general contractor, stager and photographer, Wes really has a solid team that is professional and delivers with high quality. After our house went under contract, Wes and Sarah stayed close to us to make sure everything went smoothly - and it did! On the buying front, we were initially thinking of a new build with a custom builder. Wes met up with us and a couple of builders. Through each of the sessions. Wes provided great insights that helped us think of the long term investment potential of different choices throughout the custom build process. Again, he made it clear that the decision was ultimately ours, but his wisdom on realty truly helped us think about the bigger picture. We actually did not end up finishing the custom build project and decided to move to a different city altogether; however, anyone who is considered buying a home would be in great hands with Wes.

We couldn't be more satisfied with Bruce as our agent and the detailed work he has done in assisting us with buying our dream home. He made the whole process enjoyable and informative and protected our interests every step of the way. He provided all of the details about the HOA, inspections, utilities, closing process, and repairs. He guided us through every aspect of the home buying process. Bruce took the time to meet with vendors and inspectors at the home when we had to be at work. He recommended vendors, made calls to get quotes on our behalf and even scheduled the services for us. Even after we closed on the home, Bruce still took the time to help us finish off all of the items we wanted to get done in the home. We can't recommend Bruce highly enough and can assure you that you will not find a more competent, personable, or enjoyable realtor to work with in your home buying endeavor.
